Reboots are all the rage these days. That’s why we’re just recycling movies and tv shows from the 80’s, 90’s, and early 2000’s.
So, naturally, Vince McMahon is working on a reboot of his own.
It certainly sounds like the XFL is going to make a return in 2020.
Alpha Entertainment, a company McMahon recently created, will have a “major sports announcement” today at 3:00 PM, and it’s expected he’ll announce a reboot of the XFL.

The original XFL was launched in 2001, and folded after one season. It featured teams in Birmingham, Chicago, New York/New Jersey, Orlando, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Memphis, and San Francisco.
CBS Sports is reporting that this is not a WWE venture. This is a Vince McMahon venture. He did sell $100 million worth of stock in WWE in late 2017.
