The Grizzlies allowed just nine points in the first quarter as they folded the Cavaliers 95-87 in Memphis. Marc Gasol led the way with 20 points, nine rebounds and six assists as the Grizzlies won their second straight to improve to 18-16.
Mike Conley and Kyle Anderson scored 15 points each in the win.
Jordan Clarkson led Cleveland with 24 points off the bench. He was one of three Cavs to score in double-figures. Cleveland lost its fourth in-a-row to fall to an NBA-worst 8-27.
