Blue Jackets Earn Win With Strong Third Period

The Columbus Blue Jackets struck for two goals in the third period of their 4-2 win over the Philadelphia Flyers at Wells Fargo Center.  Justin Danforth broke a 2-2 tied with under seven minutes left in regulation, and Sean Kuraly hit an empty-netter with 20 seconds remaining in the game.  Brendan Gaunce and Carson Meyer also scored for Columbus.  The Blue Jackets improve to 33-32-and-6, and they remains in sixth place in the Metropolitan Division with 72 points.  Columbus hosts Philadelphia tomorrow night.
